The Product
NL Decoração, LDA is a department of the architecture office NLA - Nuno Leonidas Architects, specializing in interior architecture and decoration. In the current site of NL Decoration are exposed some of the work done, as news and contacts needed for the user. The customer wants an architecture single space and follow the whole process giving inputs. However, the site suffers from strong gaps that prevent the connection to the customer is established effectively.
The Problem
No clear bridge between the customer and the company.
The lack of clarity in the company's mission, the services it provides and what it really Market plays is a strong point of customer remoteness.
There is no flow that leads the user to require the services of the company because the information is quite scattered.
The contact zone should be highlighted and easy for are customer to enter in contact with the company.
