The new MySPMS Intranet solution will enable communication to be enhanced, ensuring greater sharing of digital documents, and reducing the paper used and the delay in internal information and communication transmission processes. More than an employee portal, MySPMS is a bridge that connects employees and the institution, while providing tools that enable the standardization of company materials and efficiency. The Problem
Unable to respond and keep up with technological developments in recent years, the previous version of the SPMS Intranet, E.P.E. was a slow tool that needed restructuring in view of the company's growth. Launched in 2015, the SPMS Intranet, E.P.E. is based on Microsoft SharePoint 2013 technology, and does not allow integration with Office 365 Active Directory and is only accessible “within the SPMS, EPE Network.” This lack of integration with Office 365 limited employee access through other therefore not a remote work support tool.

In addition, it was out of step with current reality, because it was impossible for employees to access it without being at their work computer. At a time when the use of mobile devices is becoming more widespread and playing a major role in accessing work tools such as Office 365, not allowing this link between human resources and the business means significantly reducing peer interactions. and directions.
