What is a PFA
A financial advisor helps people manage their investments, plan for retirement and save money for their financial goals. Financial advisors also suggest strategies, investments or other assets that will help their clients' money grow. Financial advisors come in many varieties, from in-person advisors to online financial services and robo-advisors. They all serve the same purpose: to help you figure out what to do with your money.
Design Sprint
Before we started working on the PFA (Personal Financial Advisor) itself, there was an open innovation design sprint already made by the Novo Banco, to understand what would result better for the costumer. Design sprint 21 Jobs to be Done 12 Profiles 4 Concepts 25 Benchmarks 15 Foresight Signs (3 forecasts) This PFA will be part of the new Novo Banco App "NB Smart Up". The new app style guide was already made. The results of the design sprint were:
